Human Rights Consultant / Management Consultant

We are working with a highly respected advisory business that is looking to engage a consultant with specialist expertise in human rights. This would suit someone with a management consulting, advisory, legal, ESG, responsible business, international development or corporate human rights background who can work with clients on complex and sensitive human rights-related matters.

The role is flexible and could be structured on a part-time basis for the right person.
The successful individual is likely to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Human rights due diligence
• Responsible business and human rights
• ESG / sustainability advisory
• Modern slavery and supply chain risk
• Policy, governance and risk frameworks
• Stakeholder engagement
• Human rights impact assessments
• Working with corporate, public sector or international clients
