About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join a busy and growing property team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial property matters while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to take on high-quality work within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Advising on commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
- Dealing with lease assignments and surrenders
- Supporting clients with SIPP purchases and leaseback arrangements
- Advising on option agreements and development matters
- Assisting with residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activity
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and targets
QualificationsQualified Solicitor status with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE

- Strong commercial property experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- An interest in business development and client relationship management
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
