This role offers visibility, meaningful impact, and regular interaction with senior leaders shaping the organisation’s future.

The Role:
As Finance Business Partner, you will act as the key link between the Finance function and a portfolio of core business directorates, including Commercial, Procurement, Risk, Compliance and Legal. This is not a back-office role. You will operate as a trusted advisor, providing financial insight, strategic challenge and commercial guidance to senior stakeholders across the organisation. • Delivering high-quality management information and analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Leading forecasting processes and supporting budget management with a focus on accuracy, accountability and insight.
  • Providing robust and constructive challenge where budgets are under pressure or financial controls are not being adhered to.
  • Contributing to the delivery of month-end reporting cycles, including management accounts, dashboards and commentary.
  • Supporting the annual business planning process, including budget development and review of strategic initiatives.
  • Representing Finance on cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and commercial judgement.
  • Ensuring activity operates within the organisation’s financial controls framework and procurement processes.
  • Promoting a strong culture of value for money and financial accountability across the organisation.
  • Responding to ad hoc financial analysis requests from stakeholders across the business.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior finance colleagues where required.
