Role overview:
We’re working with a large financial services organisation to appoint a FP&A Lead on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent. This role sits at a senior level within finance and plays a key part in shaping and embedding high-quality financial planning and analysis across the organisation. With a strong focus on business planning, forecasting and performance insight, you’ll help drive clarity, consistency and confidence in decision-making across leadership teams. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role offers significant scope to influence how FP&A operates as a discipline, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead FP&A activity with a strong emphasis on business planning and performance insight.
  • Own and drive the annual planning cycle and wider business planning process.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning activity across the organisation.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into robust financial plans.
  • Bring structure, rhythm and clarity to FP&A processes, timelines and outputs.
  • Provide high-quality analysis and insight to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, shaping roles, responsibilities and ways of working.
  • Support team planning and organisational alignment across finance and the wider business.
