Role Overview:We are working with a leading sustainability-focused advisory consultancy to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of international impact projects with household-name brands across the fashion and food & beverage sectors. This role sits within a highly regarded consultancy that provides sustainability and human rights advisory services to businesses, from strategy to programme implementation. You will support the day-to-day running of international projects, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure workstreams are well structured, tracked, and delivered to a high standard for corporate clients.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in meaningful, international work - managing projects across regions, time zones, and cultures, with exposure to global businesses and their complex supply chains. Focus countries include India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Bangladesh. The role is client-facing, exciting, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate international projects on a day-to-day basis
- Work confidently across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and deadlines
- Support delivery across diverse regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups (from corporates to NGOs)
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
- Create and refine high-quality, client-facing materials, particularly clear and compelling presentations
- Maintain strong quality, accuracy, and consistency under time pressure
- Contribute to on-the-ground impact projects that go beyond theory or reporting and drive measurable change
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience in project management, delivery, or coordination roles
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Backgrounds in project management, data, analytics, engineering or practical business/management disciplines are well suited.
Tools & Skills:
- Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured, and polished client decks
- Confident using Excel for project tracking and analysis
- Comfortable using AI tools to support delivery and efficiency
Location & Travel:
- UK-based role with a London headquarters; the team works from the office three days per week
- Candidates do not need to be London-based
- Minimum requirement to attend the London office twice per month; subsidised hotel rates available via the main office
- International exposure is a core part of the role, including collaboration across regions, with opportunities for international travel as you progress
