An established and well-regarded law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Qualified Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its Herne Bay office. This role would suit a residential conveyancing professional who enjoys delivering high-quality work in a supportive, collaborative environment, with the autonomy to manage their own caseload and the backing of a strong local team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build and related residential matters

The role offers a good balance of independent file management and team support, with a clear focus on client service and quality rather than volume-driven conveyancing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a personable, client-focused approach
• A team player who values collaboration and professional standards
