Litigation Lawyer

We're delighted to be working with a highly reputable Essex law firm who are recruiting a Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team.

About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a progressive firm with a growing reputation. You'll handle a varied caseload of business and personal litigation matters, working with established clients whilst helping to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Advising clients on business disputes, property disputes, and civil litigation
• Handling cases through mediation, negotiation and court proceedings
• Building strong client relationships and generating new business
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
• Providing commercially focused, practical legal advice
• Contributing to the continued growth of the litigation department

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with solid litigation/dispute resolution experience
• Strong technical knowledge across civil and commercial litigation
• Excellent client care skills and ability to inspire confidence
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
