Exciting Opportunity for NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

On behalf of our client, a thriving family-run law firm in Essex, we're delighted to be recruiting an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join their expanding team.

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial property expertise whilst working on a varied and interesting caseload. You'll be managing sales and purchases of commercial property for established clients, whilst also building new relationships within the local market. The firm offers genuine career progression and the chance to work autonomously with proper support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and leases
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to businesses
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets and drive growth
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Newly qualified Solicitor or experienced Paralegal in Commercial Property
• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• Genuine desire to develop your career in commercial property
• Team player who thrives in a growing, dynamic environment
