Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner

We're working with an excellent family-run law firm in Essex who are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner (2+ years PQE) to join their busy and well-regarded team.

The Opportunity: 
This role offers genuine autonomy from day one, working alongside the Head of Department on a quality caseload whilst receiving proper training and support. You'll be providing expert advice to both existing and new clients, maintaining the firm's exceptional reputation for client service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
• Handling Court of Protection cases
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Working collaboratively to achieve team targets and KPIs
• Contributing to business development and attracting new clients

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE or experienced Fee Earner in Private Client
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent prioritisation and deadline management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills – confident, clear and welcoming
• Commitment to delivering first-class client service

Location: Essex Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Type: Full-time, hybrid working available
