Overview:An established insurance and risk advisory firm is seeking a bright and motivated Law Graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance sector. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced professional environment. The role offers full training, exposure to the insurance lifecycle, and a clear path to progressing into an Account Handler or Broker role.
Key Responsibilities:Client Support & Administration:
- Assist with managing client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, policy changes and general administration.
- Review insurance policies, contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare client summaries, reports and policy documentation.
Project & Case Management:
- Gather information for risk assessments, underwriting processes and claims handling. Liaise with brokers, underwriters, insurers and external partners.
- Maintain accurate files, CRM records and administrative workflows.
Client Interaction:
- Handle incoming client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues.
Training & Development:
- Receive structured training in insurance, risk management, claims and policy drafting.
- Opportunity to study towards professional qualifications (CII), fully supported by the firm.
