We are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential property specialist to take on high-quality work in a supportive environment, with excellent scope for progression.

The Role:
You will manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, covering both leasehold and freehold transactions. You’ll be supported by a dedicated paralegal and will work closely with colleagues across the property team. The firm has invested heavily in technology, providing a modern case management system to streamline your work. In addition, you won’t be expected to generate new business, as there is a dedicated team in place to handle this, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, including complex matters
  • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong working relationships with all parties
  • Ensuring compliance with the latest residential property legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic, high-performing team
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong track record of billing and managing a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent knowledge of UK residential property law
  • Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
  • High level of communication and client service skills
  • Experience with HOOLA or LEAP is preferred
