THE OPPORTUNITY
My client, a leading NYSE-listed multimedia entertainment group with global operations, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for an immediate temporary assignment based in North London.
This is a opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, international organisation that operates across multiple territories including the UK, Europe, and beyond.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS - MUST HAVE ALL OF THESE:
• Proven IT Service Desk experience - 1st and 2nd line support • Strong technical troubleshooting skills - Hardware and software issues • Microsoft 365 proficiency - Essential for daily operations • Microsoft Azure AD experience - User management and access control • JIRA experience - Incident logging and management • ITIL knowledge - Incident and problem management best practices • Excellent communication skills - Phone, email, and chat support • Multi-tasking abilities - Managing multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Providing first and second-line IT support to users across multiple locations
Responding to incidents via phone, email, and chat channels
Logging and managing incidents through to resolution using service management tools
Prioritising and categorising incidents based on impact and urgency
Escalating complex issues to specialist teams when required
Performing routine system maintenance and health checks
Creating knowledge base articles and documentation
Following ITIL best practices for incident lifecycle management
HIGHLY DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):
Experience within entertainment, gaming, or multimedia industries
Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries
Customer service background in technical environments
