Role: Property Paralegal (Commercial and/or Residential)

Full-time | Permanent | office-based (East London)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting solicitors on residential and commercial transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and forms
• Conducting Land Registry and Companies House searches
• Managing completions and post-completion tasks
• Communicating with clients and third parties throughout transactions

What they’re looking for:

• 6+ months’ experience in a legal or property setting
• Law degree or LPC/SQE preferred, but not essential
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator and fast learner
• Someone who takes pride in producing work to a consistently high standard
• Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
